Dissecting Nely Galan’s Review of T-boz

Nely Galan—Who was fired in Episode Six of the first Celebrity Apprentice, has been blogging each week on the official Celebrity Apprentice web-site. For weeks she’s been writing on how T is “so under the radar,” and at one point calling her “mousy T Boz.” This week, her opinions took a big turn…
Tionne (T-Boz) - I was impressed with her quiet and powerful leadership. I had written her off in the past and I was wrong.
She’s not a Type A personality (like myself) but in fact, an extremely organized Type B. I have to admit that I think that this type of personality works better in harnessing this crowd of high-strung Type A women. She’s non-threatening, yet direct and organized.
Unfortunately, I agree with where she was coming from—purely from an objective perspective. For an individual that doesn’t follow Tionne (like a super fan would), it was a great assessment. Someone who is a fan would be like WTF? Type B personality? Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be seeing the “real” T-boz on Celebrity Apprentice, which for the most part may have been for the best. Was it a good strategy? we’ll see.
