—Annie Duke blogged on the latest episode of Celebrity Apprentice, this is what she had to say about T-boz…
“Tionne and I went off to get electric blue unitards, yellow wigs, blue gloves, and high tops for the actors to wear (so they would look like the All bottles). When we were at Home Depot getting the Scrub Brushes (we found yellow ones!) Tionne found these electric blue rubber gloves the same color as the unitards and she also found these yellow hard hats. I really enjoyed the afternoon with Tionne. I hadn’t gotten to spend much time with her before plus she had been sick coming into the show with a horrible sinus infection. That was finally clearing up at which point the real Tionne was emerging. She got her energy back and she is really freaking hilarious. She did a great job finding all the costume stuff and I had a really good time getting to know her better.”
So our journey with Celebrity Apprentice comes to an end. On this week’s episode (April 5, 2009), both Khloe Kardashian and Tionne were fired. The two firings marked possible one of the most controversial episodes in Apprentice history. The scope of task was to present viral videos for ‘All’ detergent, with the Project Managers being Clint Black and Melissa Rivers. In the end, both teams lost. Read the rest of this entry »
“Never volunteer for execution,” Donald Trump proclaimed during episode six Sunday night.
Tionne “T Boz” Watkins volunteered to be in the boardroom to support Melissa Rivers, who was likely to get fired. But instead, Trump fired T Boz because she placed herself before the firing squad. It’s odd logic but to Trump, volunteering is plain stupid and he had fired a contestant many moons ago (some dude named Bradford) for that same reason. Read the rest of this entry »
Nely Galan—Who was fired in Episode Six of the first Celebrity Apprentice, has been blogging each week on the official Celebrity Apprentice web-site. For weeks she’s been writing on how T is “so under the radar,” and at one point calling her “mousy T Boz.” This week, her opinions took a big turn… Read the rest of this entry »

On episode 5 of Celebrity Apprentice 2 (Airdate: March 29, 2009)—Our very own Tionne was Project Manager, and yes!…Her team (Athena) won the task. Tionne gained $20,000 for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia. Yes, a mere $20,000—Come on Donald, these non-sales challenges should be worth more. On the opposing team (KUTO), was Dennis Rodman as the Project Manager, with most of the focus being on his drinking problem. Read the rest of this entry »
Atlanta’s Tionne “T Boz” Watkins of TLC fame was virtually invisible the first four episodes of NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice.”
She finally stepped up to be project manager of the task in episode five Sunday night. Her team had to run five rooms at a Loews Regency Hotel in New York City. Read the rest of this entry »
—Raphael Sadiq commented on Tionne in his AJC interview this week…
> Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins. “When I first started watching Tionne and [her group] TLC, I remember being a fan,” he says of the Grammy-winning singer who has a duet with him on his solo CD “Instant Vintage.” “Then we decided to work together, and I did, like, a few records with all three of them. She has like the coolest voice man… the coolest girl.” (Thursday, March 26, 2009)
